You can do this HnF all year round. Best starting directions are S to W. Other wind directions make takeoff a bit more difficult.

POSSIBILITIES
You can fly across "Vierwaldstättersee" and land in Brunnen or Gersau. But don't do it with strong head wind. In late spring and summer often good thermalling in late afternoon.
DANGERS & RESTRICTIONS
There are some cables around. The highest is close to the cable car. You can see it from the cable car on your right hand side. Another is 800 meters WNW of the summit of Chulm.
