- They accept these risks as an integral part of the event and understand that no liability can be transferred to the platform operator.

- While we strive to provide the best service, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee anything, especially for our free offers. Specifically, we can not guarantee constant and error-free avilability of services and data storage. There may be interruptions or changes without prior notice.
- We may not be able to offer support in the event of problems related to free use of the platform.
- We cannot ensure that the evaluation of your race will be entirely correct, especially without careful checking by the organizer. Manual re-entry of turnpoints by the organizer may be necessary for accuracy.
Organizers of a race / event
- The race organizer acknowledges that they cannot transfer liability to the platform operator.
- The organiser is solely responsible for setting an appropriate race task that in particular complies with all relevant laws, airspace restrictions and wildlife protection zones.
- The organiser must ensure that the participants meet the requirements for taking part in such a race.
- It is the organizer's responsibility to prevent disproportionate risks and take necessary precautions.
- The organiser of a race must ensure that participants are aware of all relevant risks, laws and local regulations and agreements.
- The organizer ensures participants have the required equipment. She or he may delegate this responsibility partially to the participants (personal responsibility).
Race participants
- Participants must possess sufficient paragliding and mountaineering experience. The judgment of this rests entirely with the participants. The platform operator disclaims responsibility for misjudgments and their consequences.
- Participants must be physically and mentally healthy, capable of making safety-related decisions under competition conditions. The assessment of this lies solely with the participants. The platform operator disclaims responsibility for misjudgments and their consequences.
- The participants are responsible for the flying and running equipment, the appropriate clothing, the orientation in the terrain, the choice of suitable starting and landing sites, weather assessment, and having valid liability and accident insurance. They are also responsible for all decisions made during the competition.
- All participants must hold a valid flying license (Swiss SHV-Brevet, IPPI card level 4 or 5).
By registering and using this platform or the apps, organizers and participants declare that they have read and understood all the points mentioned above and agree to comply with them.
